Dina Pearlman has been a creative force in many different venues. As both artist and graphic designer for over 25 years, Dina has worked in publishing, advertising and education creating books, magazines and web pages.

In addition to visual art, Dina has been involved in various aspects of the food and wine industry. An experienced world traveller, her knowledge of European wines, history and regional cuisine enhance Al-Andaluz catering .
